This Privacy Policy explains how Wise Fox Solutions, LLC ("Wise Fox," "we," "us"), an Illinois limited liability company, collects, uses and protects information when you visit wisefoxsolutions.com (the "site") or contact us.

Information we collect

  • When you request a growth review. Your name, work email, phone number, company, annual revenue range, anything you choose to tell us about your business, your email and text message preferences, and how you found our site (for example, the website or campaign link that referred you and the first page you visited).
  • When you book a call. Our scheduling tool collects the details you enter to book, such as your name, email address and the time you choose.
  • When you subscribe to our newsletter. Your email address.
  • When you email or call us. Whatever you share in that conversation.
  • Automatically, when you use the site. We use Google Analytics, which sets cookies to measure how the site is used: pages viewed, how you arrived, device and browser type, and approximate location (city or region). Our hosting provider also processes your IP address and basic request information to deliver the site and protect it from attacks.

How we use information

  • To respond to your request, schedule your growth review and prepare for the conversation
  • To send emails you've opted into, such as articles and updates (you can unsubscribe anytime)
  • To send text messages you've opted into, as described below
  • To understand how the site is used and improve it
  • To keep the site secure and prevent spam and abuse

Service providers we use

We share information only with companies that help us run the site and our business, and only as needed for them to provide their services to us:

  • Zoho CRM stores the information you send through our forms.
  • Microsoft (Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Bookings) handles our email, scheduling and video calls.
  • Google Analytics measures how the site is used.
  • Cloudflare hosts the site and protects it from attacks.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising. We may disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or safety, or as part of a sale or reorganization of our business.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies only for Google Analytics (cookies named _ga and _ga_*, which can last up to two years). We do not use advertising or retargeting cookies. We also keep a small note in your browser's local storage of how you first found the site (such as the referring website or campaign link) for up to 90 days. It stays on your device unless you submit one of our forms, when it is included with your request. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's opt-out browser add-on. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we don't load Google Analytics.

Text messages (SMS)

If you check the box to receive text messages, we may text you about your growth review and send occasional updates from Wise Fox. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of booking or of any purchase.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that help us deliver the messages.

How long we keep information

We keep contact and business information for as long as we have a business relationship with you or your company, and for a reasonable time afterward, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or the law requires us to keep it longer. Analytics data is kept according to our Google Analytics retention setting.

How we protect information

The site uses encrypted connections (HTTPS), and we limit access to your information to the people and providers who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share with us.

Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email, opt out of texts by replying STOP, and ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state law. We won't treat you differently for exercising them.

Where information is processed

We are based in the United States, and our service providers may store and process information in the United States and other countries.

Children

Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it was last changed.
